Welcome back to another video, this week its a mid year review to see how you are doing with your goals or intentions that you set at the beginning of the year. Three questions to ask yourself:
- What have you achieved in the last 6 months?
- What do you need to do in the next 6 months?
- Is there anything you need to adapt or perhaps change to your goals/intentions to make them happen?
